President

Jaime brings over 20 years of experience in communications, advocacy and international development. Previously she acted as a Principal for New Heights Communications where she oversaw multiple communications campaigns focused on healthcare and the environment.

Prior to New Heights, she worked for Seven Letter (previously Blue Engine Message & Media), where she managed a team that was responsible for garnering national and regional coverage for corporate and non-profit initiatives alike, including helping to elevate the FDA approval of the first ever drug to treat female sexual dysfunction.

Jaime gained international experience while working for UN Women’s South Asia Regional Office in Delhi, India where she focused on the area of women, peace and security. Her work there led to her position as a communications consultant for the Institute for Inclusive Security where she helped elevate the role of women in peacebuilding.

As Vice President of Communications for progressive radio network, Air America Radio, Jaime managed proactive communications strategies to promote the national radio network and directed crisis response plans amid numerous conservative attacks on the network and on-air talent. Jaime began her communications career in 2002 as a Senior Publicist and Editorial Associate for Miramax Books where she helped develop and implement publicity campaigns for numerous New York Times bestsellers.

She is also the Founder of the Andi Leadership Institute for Young Women, which seeks to train the next generation of young female peacebuilders. Jaime lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Mathew and their children, Grace and Luke.
